We will work with your real estate agent to make sure we engage with your target market and highlight the best features of the property. We know the Canberra market well and will use our integrated property styling to address the needs of potential buyers. We can also bring in extra furniture if your home needs it and mix in with some of your existing items. We can offer you a personalised quote that takes into account how much you need us to provide, therefore we will only charge you for what you need.

Commonly Asked Questions

Can I live in the property if it is partially styled? 

Yes! This is a great option if you need to stay in the property. You are responsible for ensuring our items are well cared during the process, and are returned at the end of the staging period.

Should I clean the property before or after the style?

We recommend having the property cleaned prior to our install. We will complete a wipe down and vacuum after the install is complete.

If the property does not sell in the allocated timeframe, can I extend the styling package? 

Of course. We understand that properties don't always sell as expected (although we hope with fantastic styling it will help!) and can work with you to meet your styling needs throughout the process.

Can you provide a quote over the phone?

We need to see the home and discuss your requirements before we provide a quote. Every quote is individualised based on the circumstances, so it is best that we work through your needs at the property. We can also work with all types of budgets and find solutions to work within your means. 

Do I need to be at home whilst the install is happening?

It is up to you whether you want to stay or leave us to set up. We are happy to complete the style and conduct a walk through once it is ready. The big reveal is our favourite part!

Can you work with changing deadlines for setup and pack-up?

Definitely! Selling is a tricky process that can lead to changing deadlines and we are here to help if you need the styling moved out sooner than expected.

Do I need to pack and declutter beforehand?

Yes! It is very important that you pack away personal items, declutter and remove any extra furniture before we arrive. We will work with you prior to install to decide what you should pack and what should stay.

How long does a partial style package take to set up?

It depends on the size of the property, however, we endeavour to complete a partial style package setup within a day day. Sometimes we will organise for delivery and aim to do a same day style, although sometimes we will complete the style the next day depending on the needs of our sellers.
